One thing somewhat completely different. I usually don’t share so much on what I snack on. Most likely as a result of most days I’m snacking on apples and peanut butter (which isn’t all the time essentially the most thrilling or photogenic factor 🙃). However this was too good to not point out so right here’s some scrumptious atoriasfamilybakery naan (trigger I’m obsessed) with all of the toppings.

Loved some vegan naan that I heated within the oven and topped with mashed avocado, fast pickled onions, hemp hearts, crimson pepper flakes and all the pieces, however the bagel seasoning. So scrumptious. 👏🏽🥑 Make it extra of a meal by including some protein (I like mashing chickpeas or white beans into my avocado for additional fullness—these naans additionally occur to have 5g protein for 1/3 of the naan which is superb). I did break up this with Gregory, however would have shamelessly eaten the entire thing myself. 🤣

Fast “Pickled” Onions
1 Jar or container
1 small crimson onion, minimize into strips
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp of salt
2-3 tsp sugar

Place all substances in a jar or container. Seal it up and shake to coat and blend. Place in fridge for 10-Quarter-hour or longer to melt onions. Use as desired. Love the tanginess of the onions on high of the avocado. 🤤
