The tip of the peanut butter jar blues. Not as creamy, however nonetheless obligatory. Fortunately, the caramelized bananas and additional drizzle of maple syrup actually helped. 🍌

Remade the pumpkin oats for 2 days in the past, and the toppings actually deliver it to a brand new standing of energy over my abdomen. 👌🏽

Pumpkin Oats
1/3 cup rolled oats
2 tbsp pumpkin purée
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1-2 tsp brown sugar
Pinch of salt
1 cup almond milk

Add all of your elements to a sauce pan and convey to a low simmer. Permit to prepare dinner and thicken as desired, about 3-5 minutes. Take away from warmth and stir nicely once more then serve topped with nut butter and different toppings.
